If you wish to park in an HDB car park but do not have a valid season parking, you need to display valid parking coupons or use the Parking.sg mobile app in a coupon car park. You may pay for parking charges via cash card at a car park using the Electronic Parking System.

HDB is unable to be responsible for any damage or loss to your vehicle, its fittings, or contents while it is parked in HDB car parks or roads that we manage.
