Parking Offences

It is an offence to park in a coupon and season parking lot without a valid parking coupon or season parking respectively. For coupon parking lots, you can also choose to use Parking.sg to pay for your parking charges at coupon car parks. 

These are some basic rules to observe when you park at HDB car parks:

• Display valid parking coupons, or use Parking.sg to pay for your parking session
• Ensure you have a valid season parking
• Do not exceed the parking time
• Do not park against double yellow lines or in reserved parking lots
