HDB is the State’s agent in managing State land that is not required for immediate development, and the land may be let out for short-term use.

We sell land for commercial, residential, mixed commercial and residential, ancillary, and industrial developments.

We also administer the leases of cinemas, petrol stations, religious institutions, recreational centres, SIT leases, and other directly allocated HDB leases.
