Q1 When can I receive HDB’s approval letter for my resale transaction?

A1 You will receive the resale approval letter within 2 weeks after you have endorsed the documents and made the payment. We will notify you via SMS and email.  Please log in to the HDB Flat Portal to check the status. 

Q2 When can I receive HDB’s approval for my application for CPF Housing Grant?

A2 As more time is needed to conduct an eligibility assessment, HDB will give approval for your application for CPF Housing Grant within 2 weeks after your resale approval.  Please log in to the HDB Flat Portal to check the status.
