The EIP and SPR quota requirements have to be met on the date of the resale application, which is the date when both buyers and sellers have submitted their respective portion of the application.
Guide your sellers to register an Intent to Sell on the HDB Resale Portal. Upon registration, the sellers will be able to view their eligibility to sell, the prevailing EIP/SPR quota for the flat, upgrading and billing status as well as recent transacted prices of flats nearby.
Advise your sellers to monitor the monthly updates via their Intent to Sell on the HDB Resale Portal or the EIP/SPR Quota e-Service.
