HDB has launched two new housing developments at Tengah Park District that showcase HDB’s latest planning and design strategies. Approximately 2,200 BTO units and amenities are designed in a park-like setting, integrated with a Neighbourhood Centre and Polyclinic. The design of the development aims to promote connectivity and community building, encourage healthy and active living and achieve greater environmental sustainability.
