White Spaces

You can play a part in shaping your living environment when you move into your new home! HDB will safeguard common areas in new HDB precincts as ‘White Spaces’, so that you and your neighbours can come together to create social spaces and facilities to call your own.

We will pilot this initiative at selected new developments, such as SkyResidence @ Dawson and Tampines GreenVerge in partnership with the People’s Association and Grassroots Organisations from 2020 onwards.
