Q1      When will HDB inspect the flat?

A1      The HDB Branch will conduct an inspection 5 working days after the resale application has been accepted. The purpose is to check whether there are any unauthorised renovation works done to the flat and whether the windows comply with the prevailing requirements of the Building & Construction Authority.
