MyDoc@HDB allows you to submit electronic/ scanned copies of your supporting documents for the following:

Requirements

You will need to provide the following information before submitting your documents for your transaction(s):

MyDoc@HDB

- NRIC number of any of the applicants/ flat owners/ registered tenant listed in your application/ household
- Reference number of your application or address for Selective En bloc Redevelopment Scheme (SERS)/ Transfer of Flat Ownership
- Flat address to install EASE improvements

MyDoc (via My HDBPage)

- Log in to My HDBPage using your Singpass for the following transactions:

  • Buying a New Flat
  • HDB Loan Eligibility (HLE) Letter Application

- Go to application to submit if any outstanding/ additional documents are required

MyDoc (via HDB Flat Portal)

- Log in to HDB Flat Portal using your Singpass for the following transactions:

  • Buying a Resale Flat
  • Selling a Flat
  • HDB Flat Eligibility (HFE) Letter Application

Step-by-Step Guide for MyDoc@HDB

The following is a step-by-step guide for MyDoc@HDB:

  1.  Enter the NRIC number of one of the applicants/ owners in the application/ household.
  2.  Select the type of transaction that you are submitting the documents for. You can select more than one transaction.

  1. Select the NRIC of applicant/ owner that was entered in page 1 or select “Add another customer”.
  2. If “Add another customer” is selected, enter the Identity Type, Identity No. and name of the owner of each document.
  3. Select the appropriate ‘Document Type’ from the dropdown list.
  4. Attach electronic/ scanned copies of the documents you wish to submit (a maximum 5MB per file, total size of the attachments should not exceed 40 MB per transaction). You may upload a maximum of 20 files per document type. If you are submitting scanned documents containing more than one page, we recommend that you scan and save your files in the Portable Document Format (PDF) as you will be able to scan a document with multiple pages as a single file.
  5. Select “Add another customer” for attaching document for another customer. Go to step 6 and 7 to attach the document.
  6. Tick the ‘Declaration’ checkbox to declare that you have read and accept the Terms and Conditions and wish to proceed with the e-Service.
  7. Click the ‘Submit’ button to submit your documents. Take note of the acknowledgement number for your transaction for future reference.
Explanatory Guide for Different Document Types
1. ACRA/ Business Profile
The document should show that the business is still valid with information on the date of registration date & owner(s)/ shareholder(s)/ manager(s).
 
2. Bank savings/ statements
The submitted bank statements should show the following:
  • account holder’s name
  • income credited
  • transaction history
  • month-end balances
  • build-up of savings (if any).

3. Commission statement
The document should be recent, accompanied with a company letterhead/ stamp, the certifying officer’s signature, name and appointment. The certifying officer should state the job designation, date of commencement and the breakdown of the applicant/ occupier’s income for the past 12 months. The details of your income may be displayed in a table.

4. Completion statement for Sale of Property (Sample)

Completion statement for the sale of your last owned HDB flat, showing breakdown of:

  • cash proceeds.
  • CPF refund.
  • outstanding mortgage loan.

If you had engaged a private solicitor to act for the sale of the flat, please obtain Statement of Account from your solicitor on the distribution of your cash proceeds of your sold flat.

5. CPF contribution history* (Sample)
We would still need your CPF contribution history for the last 15 months even though you may not receive any CPF contribution for some months within the period. Please provide a letter from CPF Board if you are not a member of CPF Board.

*CPF members may save and download digital copies of their CPF contribution details through the CPF website or CPF Mobile App.

6. Divorce Certificate
If you are divorced, please submit your divorce documents such as the Final Judgment and Order of Court (if available). If the child(ren) are under joint/ shared custody, care and control, please also submit the completed written agreement from your ex-spouse to buy/ rent a flat with your child(ren).
 
7. Employment letter (Sample)
The document should be recent, accompanied with a company letterhead/ stamp, the certifying officer’s signature, name and appointment. The certifying officer should state the job designation, date of commencement and the breakdown of the applicant/ occupier’s. The details of your income may be displayed in a table. Please do not include no-pay leave component bonus. If you are working overseas, please indicate the pay amount in relevant foreign currency.
 
8. HLE Loan Eligibility (HLE) Letter application form
Please verify and fill in all the relevant fields before signing the HLE letter application form.
 
9. Letter from Official Assignee
The letter should be recent and clearly state the monthly repayment towards your bankruptcy estate. For transfer of flat ownership, the letter should state the Official Assignee's consent to the intended ownership change. 
 
10. Notice of Assessment (Sample)
If you have not received your latest Notice of Assessment (NOA) from IRAS, you may provide the latest tax returns filed with IRAS instead, i.e. NOA Form B.
 
11. Overseas Income Proof
Please provide a copy of your work permit/ employment pass. If you operate a business, please provide a copy of your business licence. The document should show that the business is still valid with information on the date of registration date & owner(s)/ shareholder(s)/ manager(s). If you are working overseas, please submit additional income proof such as your employment pass, work permit, related business documents or overseas income tax returns. Please include an official English translation if the submitted documents are not in English, Mandarin, Malay or Tamil.
 
12. Payslips
Payslips or recent letter from employer (bearing the company stamp/ letterhead and the name and designation of the certifying officer) certifying job designation, commencement date and income with component breakdown (indicating allowances and commissions, if applicable) and end of service date (if applicable). Please upload all the payslips received for each month, if you are holding multiple jobs.
 
13. Visit Pass
If your Visit Pass comes with a QR Code, please provide a copy of the Work Pass status by logging in to the SGWorkPass App. 
 
14. Statutory Declaration
The Statutory Declaration can be executed at Loans Counter or any HDB Branch Office. Declarants are required to bring along their Identity Cards to execute the Statutory Declaration. If you are currently overseas, the statutory declaration can be executed at the Singapore Embassy in front of a Commissioner for Oaths or a Public Notary (Registered Lawyer). The document should show the Commissioner or Notary’s stamp and signature.
 
15. HDB Loan Eligibility (HLE) Letter Application
The HDB Loan Eligibility (HLE) letter application for transfer of flat ownership or new flat buyers who have booked a flat launched for sale before 9 May 2023.
 
16. HDB Flat Eligibility (HFE) Letter
The HFE Letter should be within the 9-month validity period as at the point of application, and reflect the names of all the proposed owner(s) and occupier(s).

17. Bank’s Letter of Offer
The bank’s letter of offer should reflect the names of all the proposed owner(s) and the Letter of Acceptance should be signed by all the proposed owner(s).
 
18. Written Confirmation from Private Lawyer
The written confirmation from the private lawyer will be required if the current and/ or proposed owner(s) are engaging their services to act in the change in flat ownership, discharge of existing mortgage loan, fresh mortgage loan (if any). The written confirmation should reflect the name, address and contact details of the lawyer and the transaction that the private lawyer is acting for.
 
19. Functional Assessment Report
The Functional Assessment Report is to be completed by any doctors registered with Singapore Medical Council (SMC) and submitted together with the application for EASE (Direct Application). If Senior has already undergone a disability assessment previously, a new assessment form may not be required unless requested further by HDB. Senior agrees to give consent to the insurer/ administrator to release relevant information of past disability assessment(s) to HDB (if required) for processing of EASE application.

20. Credit Bureau report (Sample)
A copy of the Credit Bureau report can be requested online, or at any SingPost Branch. Alternatively, you can visit the Credit Bureau Office to obtain a report directly. The Credit Bureau will charge a fee for the report. To expedite processing, please request for the report to be sent directly to HDB.

21. The Lasting Power of Attorney
It is a legal document which allows a person who is at least 21 years of age ('Donor'), to voluntarily appoint one or more persons ('Donee(s)') to make decisions and act on his/ her behalf if he/ she loses mental capacity one day.

22. Temporary Extension of Stay Form (Sample)
You would need to complete this form if you have bought a completed residential property and are requesting for temporary extension of stay after resale completion. Your buyers must agree to the temporary extension of stay.

23. Temporary Extension of Stay (Option to Purchase for next purchase)
If you are requesting for Temporary Extension of Stay after resale completion, you would need to submit a copy of the exercised Option to Purchase or signed Sale and Purchase Agreement for the completed residential property which you have committed to purchase.

24. Income undertaking form
Flat applicants or occupiers to complete this form to declare their gross monthly income received during the period of income assessment.

25. Agreement by Ex-spouse for shared custody, care and control of child
A divorcee may form a family unit with a child from the previous marriage and under his/ her legal custody, care and control, to buy a resale flat. However, if you and your ex-spouse share the custody, care and control of the child, both of you have the right to include the child in your respective flat application. As each person can only be listed in one flat, you will have to obtain your ex-spouse’s written agreement before including the child in your resale flat application.

26. Undertaking to sell existing flat (Buyers and proposed occupiers)
You will need to undertake to sell your existing flat upon the purchase of a HDB flat or when you are listed as an occupier in an HDB flat.

27. Undertaking to relinquish joint-ownership of flat
You will need to undertake to relinquish your ownership from the existing flat upon the purchase of a HDB flat or when you are listed as an occupier in an HDB flat.

28. Acknowledgement and Undertaking for flat buyers and parents/ child who buy 3Gen flat
You, your spouse and your parents/ married child have to complete this form to acknowledge the terms and conditions for the purchase of a 3Gen flat.

29. Medical Documents
For supporting medical documents e.g. medical memo indicating Estimated Delivery Date.

Q1: How will I know whether my documents have been submitted successfully?
A1: If you have submitted your request successfully, you will be directed to an 'acknowledgment' webpage. Please quote your Acknowledgement number or the NRIC number of the applicant/owner if you need to contact HDB to enquire on your documents submitted.
Q2: What if I have many pages of documents or my document size exceeds 5MB?
A2: If your document contains multiple pages and its file size exceeds 5MB, you may reduce the file size of your documents by scanning it in black and white format before saving the document as one or more files. We recommend that you scan and save your files in the pdf file format. This method allows you to scan a document with multiple pages as a single file. The file will also be of a smaller size.
Q3: What should I fill in for ‘Reference No.’ in MyDoc@HDB form?
A3: The 'reference number’ of the transaction that you are submitting the documents for can be found in the application form submitted by you in an earlier transaction or as quoted in HDB's letter(s) to you. For example, the reference number of your HLE application is in the format like 'D11F12345’ and is found on the first page of the application form.
Q4: Whose NRIC number should I enter in MyDoc@HDB form?
A4: You must enter the NRIC number of any one of the applicants/ owners as listed in your application/ household.
Q5: What are the web browsers that are recommended for MyDoc@HDB?
A5: You may refer to the Site Requirements for the browsers supported.
Q6: Do I have to attach the documents separately for each NRIC No. of the applicant/ owner?
A6: No. You can enter the NRIC No. of any one of the applicants/ owners and submit the required documents for all the applicants/ owners/ occupiers of your application or household.
