Where community meets sustainability

Tengah’s design draws inspiration from its surrounding greenery, creating harmony between urban living and nature. The town’s development follows 3 principles of Live Well, Live Green, and Live Connected. These principles guided HDB in designing Tengah, to encourage healthy lifestyles, support environmental sustainability and strengthen community bonds.
