Plantation Plaza is Tengah’s first Neighbourhood Centre (NC), offering a wide variety of dining, retail, healthcare services, and recreational options, to serve the needs of residents. Offering a total of 75 shops, Plantation Plaza features over 10,000 square metres of retail space, spanning 5 levels and a retail street with eateries and shops. The retail street is next to Plantation Farmway, a green connector which weaves through the housing precincts, and connects the community and recreational facilities within the Plantation district. At Plantation Plaza, residents can mingle and bond with neighbours, while taking care of their day-to-day needs in one place.

Seamlessly integrated with BTO project Plantation Village, residents can easily access Plantation Plaza NC via direct sheltered linkways. The development is also located within a 10-minute walk from all currently completed Tengah BTO projects.
