The young ones will get to enjoy an interactive storytelling session and hands-on activities that will help them learn more about the values of neighbourliness.
2-hour session comprising 2 segments:
“I could see that my students were very interested and engaged throughout the storytelling and I’m glad to see that. Thank you for your effort!”
Teacher, PCF Tampines Changkat
“The children were meaningfully engaged. They have learnt how to be good neighbours through fun ways!”
Teacher, PCF Sembawang
Primary school students get acquainted with the good habits of high-rise and eco-friendly living through exciting activities and an exhibition specially designed for them.
30 minute assembly programme and a 4-6 hour exhibition:
“My students learnt a lot about good neighbourliness in high-rise living. Useful tips on being good neighbours were shared, and pupils’ awareness was heightened on the importance of respecting and caring for their neighbours.”
Teacher, Loyang Primary School
Secondary school students will learn how public housing facilitates the building of communities and how they can contribute towards building active and bonded communities.
45-minute assembly programme and a 4-6 hour exhibition:
“The very well prepared presentation and quiz questions were able to capture the students’ attention, and they are now better informed about how HDB and housing has developed over the years. I was also present at the foyer to see our students playing the games and viewing the exhibition. Needless to say, they also benefitted from the exposure to all of these.”
Teacher, Beatty Secondary
