Transition to Non-Toll-Free Numbers for HDB-managed Hotlines 

As part of our telephony system upgrade, HDB is transiting from toll-free numbers (TFN) to non-toll-free numbers for the following hotlines managed by HDB, on 17 November 2025: 

Communications to Members of Public

2 Members of the public have been informed of the updated hotline numbers on 14 November 2025 through: 

• HDB social media on Facebook, Telegram and X (formerly Twitter);  
• Advisory banner on HDB InfoWEB 

3 Our existing digital and non-digital communications materials will also be updated accordingly.  

Revised HDB Counter and Hotline Operating Hours on Eve of Major Public Holidays 

4 HDB will be revising operating hours for counter and hotline services on the eve of three major Public Holidays (Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve and Chinese New Year's Eve) from full day to half day (8:00am to 12:30pm), with effect from Christmas Eve this year.  

Communications to Members of Public

5 Members of the public will be informed of this change from November 2025 through: 

• Updates to HDB InfoWEB such as the 'Contact Us’ page 
• Physical signages at HDB Hub and Branches 

6 We are sharing the above information for your reference as members of the public may approach your organisation with enquiries about HDB services. You may direct them to our alternative service channels including HDB InfoWEB.
