Tender Procedure

Simply follow these steps to find and tender for a commercial unit:

  • Check HDB Place2Lease to see which units are available for tender
  • At ‘View Properties’, you can search, view, and tender for your preferred unit
  • To tender, you must register/ log in using your Singpass
  • After making your tender submission, you can monitor it using ‘My Watch List’ under ‘My Services’, or check ‘View Results’.

For successful tenders

If your tender is successful, we will send you an official notification via a Letter of Acceptance. This is usually sent within 2 weeks from the date the final results are published on HDB Place2Lease

Before you execute your Tenancy Agreement, please prepare the necessary documents
