The Housing & Development Board (HDB), as the Government’s land sales agent, has launched an Executive Condominium site at Tampines Street 95 for sale by public tender today, under the Confirmed List of 2nd half 2024 (2H2024) Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme.

2 The site can potentially yield about 560 residential units. Details on the land parcel can be found in Annex 1.
