Submission of tender

The deadline for submission is on 14 April 2026, Tuesday, from 9:00am to 12:00pm at the procurement office. Any tender submitted after 12:00pm on the tender submission date will not be considered. 

Provisional tender results

The provisional tender results will be available on 14 April 2026, Tuesday, after 5:00pm via the HDB Land Sales page and at the procurement office.

Award of tender

HDB is not bound to accept the highest bid or any tender.
