Live Well

At Tengah, residents will get to live in homes that are designed with their health and well-being in mind. This is guided by HDB’s well-being framework, which focuses on three well-being dimensions – physical, mental, and social.

Physical well-being

With a suite of facilities located throughout Tengah, residents are encouraged to adopt active lifestyles to enhance their physical well-being.

Sky Sports Park
A sprawling Sky Sports Park with fitness amenities will be located at the roof of the multi-storey car park located at Parc Clover @ Tengah. Residents can enjoy a comprehensive suite of outdoor exercise facilities, with play and fitness equipment strategically placed along the 300 metres running circuit and 100 metres sprint track.

Social well-being

Residents can forge close ties and meaningful relationships with neighbours at community spaces designed to facilitate social interaction.

Neighbourhood centres as “social and wellness hubs”
At the neighbourhood centre at Parc Residences @ Tengah, residents can access a variety of community spaces on each floor via prominent stairways that open directly into these spaces. For example, a sprawling open plaza for community events is located on the ground floor, while a therapeutic garden can be found on the second level, and playgrounds and exercise spaces are located at the roof garden. There will also be an experiential wellness trail to encourage residents to exercise as they explore and discover amenities from the basement all the way to the tranquil garden at the rooftop.

Community plaza
The community plaza at the neighbourhood centre will be designed as a green canyon, where social and lifestyle activities, such as exercise events and community bazaars, can take place. Such community activities encourage interaction among the residents and promote the building of a cohesive community.

Multi-storey car parks as social hubs
To free up more ground-level spaces for community activities, the parking decks at the multi-storey car parks are elevated. The ground level will be designed as a car-free, sheltered community space for all ages, with amenities such as a childcare centre, fitness stations, and a playground.
