Follow the steps to apply for a flat under the Parenthood Provisional Housing Scheme (PPHS) and take a look at the PPHS flats available for application.
Please contact our Branch Service Line at 1800-225-5432 if:
If your household income was more than $7,000 in your sales application, but is now at $7,000 or below, please contact us via our e-feedback form. We will contact you to understand more about your circumstances.
If you are an applicant under the Fiancé/Fiancée Scheme, you will need to submit your marriage certificate to us within 3 months upon collecting the keys for your PPHS flat.
A non-refundable administrative fee of $10 is payable via credit card (MasterCard / Visa) for each application. Payment in cash should be made within 3 days of your application date. Your application will not be accepted if the administrative fee has not been received.
If your application is successful, we will invite you for flat selection in the month following your application. Your queue position is determined by computer ballot.
Successful applicants can check the flats available during the selection exercise. As you cannot change flat after selection, please check the PPHS site expiry before you come for selection.
If any of your PPHS household members are owners of an existing HDB flat, they must be present at the selection. Everyone needs to give up ownership of their existing flat within 6 months upon collecting the keys for your PPHS flat.
If you do not select a flat after having 2 chances to do so, you will need to wait one year before you can next apply for a PPHS flat. This includes those who selected a flat but did not proceed with payment.
You must be present at the signing of the tenancy agreement. You will need to make the following payments when you sign the tenancy agreement:
The maximum length of tenancy is 3 years. If your flat is not ready when the tenancy expires, we can consider renewing the tenancy on a yearly basis, subject to the PPHS site expiry.
Your tenancy should end around 4 months after the Estimated Completion Date of your flat, or 4 months before the PPHS site expiry date, whichever is sooner.
If you are an existing PPHS flat tenant and you would like to include another household in your PPHS flat, please visit the HDB Branch managing your flat, with the head of the household whom you would like to share your flat with.
