HDB Services in Phase 3 of Re-opening

HDB Hub and Branches will continue to operate by appointment only.

For transactions at HDB Hub relating to new or resale flats, our staff will contact customers on their appointments. For general enquiries on new or resale flats, or HDB housing loan, you may contact us.

Customers who wish to visit HDB Branches will need to book an appointment using the e-appointment system via HDB InfoWEB or Mobile@HDB app. 

As the safety and well-being of our staff and customers continue to be of utmost importance, visitors to HDB Hub and Branches will have to abide by the following safe distancing measures:

  1. Only persons directly involved in the transactions and authorised personnel can be present during the appointments. For example, for resale transactions, only the flat sellers and buyers will be allowed to attend the completion appointment to sign the necessary documents. Salespersons can accompany their clients if they have obtained prior permission from HDB. The elderly and those who require special assistance, e.g. wheelchair-bound persons can be accompanied by one other person. 
  2. To keep transaction times as short as possible, customers should read the details in their appointment letter and My HDBPage, and prepare the documents/ required payments, prior to their scheduled appointment.
  3. All visitors to HDB’s premises are required to wear a mask at all times.
  4. All visitors will need to use SafeEntry to check-in and check-out and have their temperature checked. Visitors with fever or exhibiting signs of illness will be denied entry.
  5. Visitors with scheduled appointments are advised to arrive at HDB Hub and Branches punctually up to 30 minutes before their appointment time.
  6. Visitors must maintain a safe distancing of at least 1 metre in queues, waiting areas, and during transactions.

Our digital and call centre services remain accessible. We seek your understanding and co-operation on adhering to the safe distancing measures put in place at HDB's premises, and to not visit HDB Hub or Branches unless you have an appointment.


General Enquiries and Appointments at HDB Branches

Rental flat appointments at HDB Hub

Applicants who are applying for rental flats under the Parenthood Provisional Housing Scheme and Public Rental Scheme can submit your applications online.

Counter services at Rental Housing Section at HDB Hub are by appointment only. We will contact customers to schedule appointments for their transactions.

Enquiries and Appointments for Commercial Properties at HDB Hub

Existing appointments (up to May 2020) to sign tenancy agreements, or to collect keys to commercial properties will be deferred until further notice and no new appointments will be scheduled.
