Phased Resumption of HDB Services in Phase 2 of Re-opening from 19 June 2020

As we transit into Phase 2 of the resumption of activities from 19 Jun, HDB Hub and Branches will continue to operate by appointment only. Our staff will contact customers to schedule appointments for critical and time-sensitive cases. Customers who wish to visit HDB Branches will only be able to book an appointment from 25 June onwards using the e-appointment system via HDB InfoWEB or Mobile@HDB app. 

As the safety and well-being of our staff and customers continue to be of utmost importance, customers visiting HDB Hub and Branches will have to abide by the following safe distancing and safe management measures:

  1. Only persons directly involved in the transactions can be present during the appointments. For example, for resale transactions, only the flat sellers and buyers will be allowed to attend the completion appointment to sign the necessary documents. Salespersons cannot attend the appointment.
  2. To keep transaction times as short as possible, customers should read the details in their appointment letter and My HDBPage, and prepare the documents/required payments, prior to their scheduled appointment.
  3. All visitors to HDB’s premises are required to wear a mask at all times.
  4. All visitors will need to submit their health declarations and have their temperature checked. Customers with fever and who are feeling unwell will be denied entry.
  5. Visitors must maintain a safe distance of at least 1 metre in queues, waiting areas, and during transactions.

Our digital and call centre services remain accessible. We seek your understanding to not visit HDB Hub or Branches unless you have an appointment.

 

 

 

 

General Enquiries and Appointments at HDB Hub and Branches

Appointments for general enquiries at HDB Hub and Branches will not be available from 7 April 2020. You can send your enquiries over email to HDB, or contact our hotlines (available from 8:00am to 5:00pm on weekdays).

New appointments will not be available for booking online during this period.

Appointments for transactions relating to new flats at HDB Hub

Existing appointments (up to May 2020) for the following services will be deferred until further notice:

•          Booking a flat

•          Signing the Agreement for Lease

•          Collecting keys

Online applications for Open Booking of Flats (OBF) will be suspended.

Appointments for transactions relating to resale flats at HDB Hub

Existing appointments to complete the transaction of resale flats will proceed as scheduled at the HDB Hub. If there are any cases which cannot be processed, we will contact and advise the buyers and sellers of the flat.

Resale flat buyers and sellers can continue to make new applications online via the HDB Resale Portal. However, no new appointments will be scheduled to process the transaction during this period. HDB will notify you of the appointment date later.

Rental flat appointments at HDB Hub

Applications for flats under the Parenthood Provisional Housing Scheme will be suspended until further notice. 

Applicants who are applying for rental flats under the Public Rental Scheme can submit your applications online. You can also contact us for assistance at hdbrental@mailbox.hdb.gov.sg or 1800-225-5432.

Enquiries and Appointments for Commercial Properties at HDB Hub

Existing appointments (up to May 2020) to sign tenancy agreements, or to collect keys to commercial properties will be deferred until further notice and no new appointments will be scheduled.

Transfer of flat ownership appointments at Branches

Existing appointments to complete the transfer of flat ownership will proceed as scheduled. If there are any cases which cannot be processed, we will contact and advise the owners of the flat.
