As we transit into Phase 2 of the resumption of activities from 19 Jun, HDB Hub and Branches will continue to operate by appointment only. Our staff will contact customers to schedule appointments for critical and time-sensitive cases. Customers who wish to visit HDB Branches will only be able to book an appointment from 25 June onwards using the e-appointment system via HDB InfoWEB or Mobile@HDB app.
As the safety and well-being of our staff and customers continue to be of utmost importance, customers visiting HDB Hub and Branches will have to abide by the following safe distancing and safe management measures:
Our digital and call centre services remain accessible. We seek your understanding to not visit HDB Hub or Branches unless you have an appointment.

Online applications for Open Booking of Flats (OBF) will be suspended.
Flat buyers who require their keys urgently, on financial, medical, or compassionate grounds, can contact us for assistance at www.hdb.gov.sg/myrequest or 1800-866-3066.
Existing appointments to complete the transaction of resale flats will proceed as scheduled at the HDB Hub. If there are any cases which cannot be processed, we will contact and advise the buyers and sellers of the flat.
Resale flat buyers and sellers can continue to make new applications online via the HDB Resale Portal. However, no new appointments will be scheduled to process the transaction during this period. HDB will notify you of the appointment date later.

Applications for flats under the Parenthood Provisional Housing Scheme will be suspended until further notice.
Applicants who are applying for rental flats under the Public Rental Scheme can submit your applications online. You can also contact us for assistance at email@example.com or 1800-225-5432.
Existing appointments (up to May 2020) to sign tenancy agreements, or to collect keys to commercial properties will be deferred until further notice and no new appointments will be scheduled.

Existing appointments to complete the transfer of flat ownership will proceed as scheduled. If there are any cases which cannot be processed, we will contact and advise the owners of the flat.
