HDB Tender Opportunities

All our open tender notices are available on the Government Electronic Business (GeBIZ) portal, in line with the Government’s tender procedures and principles.

Eligibility to bid

You must be a registered GeBIZ Trading Partner and meet the eligibility criteria to participate in our open tenders.

Collection of tender documents

Tender documents are available for download from GeBIZ at no charge. For tender documents indicated as 'manual collection' in GeBIZ, you need to make payment online before collecting the documents.

Submission of tender proposals

Submit your complete set of tender proposals through GeBIZ whenever possible. 

Depending on the tender notice requirements, you may need to submit your tender proposal to the HDB Procurement Office. Deposit your hard copy proposal in the designated Tender Box located at our office:

We do not accept late submissions. Please read the tender notice carefully for submission instructions. For enquiries or extension requests, refer to the tender clarifications.

For enquiries, please call 6490-2084. Our hotline operates on weekdays, from 8:00am to 5:00pm, except on Public Holidays. On the eves of Christmas, New Year and Chinese New Year, we operate from 8:00am to 12:30pm.
