The Housing & Development Board (HDB), as the Government’s land sales agent, has launched a mixed-use site comprising a commercial and residential development integrated with a bus interchange and a hawker centre at Chencharu Close for sale by public tender today, under the Confirmed List of 2nd half 2024 (2H2024) Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme.
