Private general practitioner clinics

Joint tender exercise

The Ministry of Health (MOH) and Housing & Development Board (HDB) are jointly piloting the new Price-Quality Method (PQM) tender approach to holistically evaluate both price and quality factors when renting out HDB shops to general practitioner (GP) clinics. The tender aims to improve accessibility to quality healthcare, enhancing liveability and convenience for residents around the estate.

The joint tender for the following premises have closed on 12 March 2026:

  • Block 533 Bishan Street 14 #01-04 (Bishan Ridges)
  • Block 139 Tengah Garden Avenue #01-07 (Plantation Creek)
  • Block 905 Woodlands Avenue 5 #02-05 (Urbanville @ Woodlands)
  • Block 181 Hougang Street 13 #01-02 & #01-03 (Tanjong Tree Residences @ Hougang)
