Tender Procedure

Simply follow these steps to find and tender for a commercial unit:

• Check HDB Place2Lease to see which units are available for tender
• At ‘View Properties’, you can search, view, and tender for your preferred unit
• To tender, you must register/ log in using your Singpass
• After making your tender submission, you can monitor it using ‘My Watch List’ under ‘My Services’, or check ‘View Results’.

For successful tenders

• If your tender is successful, we will send you an official notification via a Letter of Acceptance. This is usually sent within 2 weeks from the date the final results are published on HDB Place2Lease
• Before you execute your Tenancy Agreement, please prepare the necessary documents
