How to Seek a Refund for Unused Parking Coupons

You can seek a refund for unused parking coupons, including expired ones. There is no deadline for the refund.

To seek a refund, please visit any HDB Branch (except Bukit Panjang, Punggol, and Tampines) during office hours (8:00am to 5:00pm on weekdays, except public holidays). For your convenience, you may wish to make an e-appointment before heading down.

 

Please prepare the following information when seeking a refund:

  • Your NRIC for verification - we accept either physical NRIC or digital NRIC (on the Singpass app)
  • Your Singaporean bank account number - note that we only provide refunds through inter-bank transfer

Please note that the refund request may take up to 2 weeks.

Here are some examples of parking coupons eligible and ineligible for refund.

There should be at least one segment where all the tabs are not torn.

 

There should also be no irregularity, such as signs of tampering, tabs with folded marks, or creases.
