Maintenance-related requests for common areas

Town Councils are responsible for controlling, managing, maintaining, and improving the common property of HDB residential flats and commercial property within the Town.

For management and maintenance of the common areas outside your flat such as corridor lighting defects, staircase, and void decks, you can call:

Customers who wish to visit HDB Branches will have to book a time with us via our e-Appointment service. Our Branches operate from 8:00am to 5:00pm on weekdays, except for Tampines Branch and Punggol Branch which operate from 9:00am to 5:00pm. We are closed on weekends and public holidays.
