As a planner in HDB’s Digital Planning team, I work to support the building of Singapore as an adaptive, integrated, and liveable city through Smart Planning. I work with my team to identify emergent trends and issues which may have an impact on the planning of our towns and communities, and use data-driven modelling to identify gaps in our planning and improve on the efficiency of our planning processes. I also work with colleagues in other Groups and departments, external agencies, and academics to seek out research collaborations to study deeper into topics relevant to land-use planning, shaping communities and other interests that would be beneficial to HDB.
