How to Seek a Refund for Parking Coupons

To request a refund for your unused or your expired coupon, please follow these steps:

  • Complete the ‘Refund for Parking Coupons’ form. Insert the completed form and the unused or expired coupons into a sealed envelope. Drop the envelope into the ‘Drop-box for Refund of Parking Coupons’ located at The URA Centre.
  • Alternatively, book an appointment at an HDB Branch (except Ang Mo Kio, Bukit Merah, Bukit Panjang, Punggol, Tampines and Woodlands), if you prefer to request for a refund in person. Booking an appointment will help you avoid inconvenience and longer waiting time, as priority is given to customers with appointments over walk-in customers. Our Branches are open from 8:00am to 5:00pm on weekdays, excluding public holidays.

Please prepare the following information for your refund request:

  • Your NRIC for verification (physical NRIC or digital NRIC on the Singpass app)
  • Your Singaporean bank account number (refunds are made via inter-bank transfer only)

Processing time

Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for your refund request to be processed.
