Permanent Transfer of Season Parking (PTSP)

Apply to transfer your season parking for a permanent change in your vehicle or car park, or request to change your season parking to a Concessionary Season Parking if you are a motorcyclist. The transfer takes effect immediately.

You can transfer your season parking when there is a permanent change of:
  • Car park group
  • Vehicle

HDB will approve the transfer subject to the availability of parking lots. The transfer takes effect immediately. Please go to Permanent Transfer of Season Parking (PTSP) service to do the transfer.

However, if you have either:

  • Replaced your existing vehicle's IU
  • Changed your vehicle but retained your previous vehicle registration number
  • Updated an incorrect IU number (only allowed for amendment of record updated in the last 7 days)

Please proceed to Change of In-vehicle Unit (IU) Number service, instead of applying for PTSP.

Charges

Charges for the transfer vary with:

  • A change in vehicle type (for example, from motorcycle to car)
  • A change in type of car park (for example, from surface car park to multi-storey car park)

If there is no change in vehicle type and car park type, the transfer will not involve any payment or refund.  

Example 1

If you transfer from a motorcycle ($15) to a car ($80) at the same surface car park which takes effect on the 1st of the month, you will have to pay the difference of $65.

Example 2

If you transfer the same car from a multi-storey car park ($110) to a surface car park ($80) which is to take effect on the 1st of the month, we will refund you $30 due to the difference in the parking charges.

How to transfer

You can apply for the transfer of your season parking using any of the following methods. If your vehicle is company-registered, you need to provide a letter from the company stating that you are authorised to use the vehicle.

e-Service

Proceed to Permanent Transfer of Season Parking (PTSP) e-Service to do the transfer and make payment by:  

  • Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard)
  • Direct Debit (only DBS, UOB, OCBC, and Standard Chartered Bank)
The transfer will take immediate effect if there are parking lots available.

Temporary Transfer of Season Parking (TTSP)

Apply to transfer your season parking for a temporary change in vehicle or car park, or cancel an existing temporary season parking. The temporary season parking is for a short period of time and not meant for long-term or frequent use.

You can temporarily transfer your season parking for a maximum of 31 days. The transfer is subject to the availability of parking lots and will take effect immediately. It is not meant for long-term or frequent use.

You may apply via Temporary Transfer of Season Parking service if you have a valid season parking and if:

  • You are driving a temporary replacement vehicle while yours is being repaired in a workshop
  • You need to park your vehicle at another car park temporarily, for reasons such as your wife's confinement

If you need to park at another car park temporarily, supporting documents may be required upon request.

Note: If you need to make changes to your existing temporary season parking, you will need to cancel it via Cancellation of Temporary Transfer of Season Parking service before reapplying via the Temporary Transfer of Season Parking service with your intended change.

Charges

A top-up will be required when there is a temporary change to a car park of a higher season parking rate, for example, from a surface car park to a multi-storey car park.  No refund will be given if the temporary change is to a car park of a lower season parking rate. This is the list of season parking rates.

The unused period of the temporary season parking will not be refunded.
