Just a gentle reminder on the suspension of the HDB Flat Eligibility (HFE) letter application e-Service during the July 2025 BTO and SBF exercises.  As mentioned in our earlier update on 13 May 2025, this temporary suspension will help us focus resources on supporting these sales exercises.

2 From 23 to 30 Jul 2025, the HFE letter application e-Service will be temporarily unavailable for new applications. Buyers with valid HFE letters, as well as those who have submitted their applications before this period, will not be affected.  Resale flat buyers holding valid HFE letters may continue to obtain the Option to Purchase (OTP), and both resale flat buyers and sellers can proceed to submit the respective portions of the resale application as usual.

3 For prospective buyers without a valid HFE letter, we hope your salespersons could gently encourage them to submit their applications once the sales exercises concludes and the e-service resumes.  As a reminder, the HFE letter remains valid for 9 months once issued.
