Administrative Fee and Application Procedures

Learn how you can apply to rent out your commercial unit and the administrative fees involved.

For units in HDB shopping complexes, please approach the respective Managing Agents.

Administrative fees

The administrative fees are as follows:

• $100 (excluding GST) for the balance term
• $200 (excluding GST) for a fresh term and where there is a change of use of living quarters to non-residential use
