The type of flats available through the Parenthood Provisional Housing Scheme (PPHS) are mostly vacated flats under the Selective En bloc Redevelopment Scheme. We retrofit these unfurnished flats with basic fittings before leasing them out to you.

Engagement of suppliers

The engagement of a supplier is strictly a private arrangement between you and them. Before you proceed, please read the following important notes:
