Flats Available for Application

The type of flats available through the Parenthood Provisional Housing Scheme (PPHS) are mostly vacated flats under the Selective En bloc Redevelopment Scheme. We retrofit these unfurnished flats with basic fittings before leasing them out to you.

Please note that you will only be allowed to select these flats if the Estimated/ Probable Completion Date (ECD/ PCD) of your BTO flat (whichever is later) is at least 4 months before the PPHS site expiry date. You may check your flat's ECD/ PCD via MyHDBPage.
