Renting of Land on Temporary Occupation Licence (TOL)

We manage vacant HDB land within HDB estates. Land that is not required for immediate development can be let out for short-term use on Temporary Occupation Licence (TOL). 

Renewable TOL

You may apply for a renewable TOL to rent HDB land that is not required for immediate development. This applies to government projects, tenders under Government Land Sales, and community-related uses. Your application will only be processed once we receive all the necessary information. Please allow for an average processing time of 4 weeks when submitting your application.

Non-renewable TOL

Non-renewable TOLs are issued for community related uses. The land can be used for Wayang, religious functions, and trade fairs. Your application will only be processed when we receive the full information. Please factor in an average processing time of 2 to 4 weeks when planning for the project.
