Get your buyer-clients to apply for an HDB Flat Eligibility (HFE) letter for a holistic understanding and assessment of their housing and financing options before they embark on their home buying journey.

The HFE letter will inform buyers upfront of their eligibility to purchase a new or resale flat, as well as amounts of CPF housing grants and HDB housing loan they are eligible for.

Inform and update your buyer-clients about the requirements of the Ethnic Integration Policy (EIP) and Singapore Permanent Resident (SPR) quotas. The quota requirements should be checked to ensure compliance at each of the following milestones when: 

• Sellers grant the Option to Purchase (OTP);
• Buyers exercise the OTP; and
• Buyers and sellers submit their respective portions of the resale application.
