Parenthood Provisional Housing Scheme (PPHS)

The PPHS helps to temporarily house families as they await the completion of their new flats. Over the years, we have extended it to support more family types.
 

Under the PPHS, HDB provides rental flats at subsidised rates to eligible families. For any enquiries on the previous PPHS Voucher scheme, which closed in January 2026, write to us.
