Concessionary Season Parking for Motorcycles (CSP) is an optional upgrade to HDB's normal motorcycle season parking, and priced at $20 per month. It allows CSP holders to park at various HDB and URA car parks, without having to pay short-term charges. You may refer to the list of allowed parking lots for CSP below.

How to apply for Concessionary Season Parking (CSP)

HDB residents who have yet to purchase a normal motorcycle season parking can apply directly for CSP when applying for a new season parking.

Existing normal motorcycle season parking holders can upgrade their motorcycle season parking scheme to CSP with a top-up of $3 or $5, depending on the type of car park serving your HDB flat or shop with living quarters. Approval is subject to the CSP eligibility criteria.

Eligibility criteria for Concessionary Season Parking (CSP)

To qualify for CSP, the applicant must:

Be a Singapore citizen/permanent resident.
Be an existing HDB resident. This includes flat owners, authorised occupiers, approved subtenants of an HDB flat or room, or owner/ tenants of HDB shops with living quarters.
Own a Singapore-registered motorcycle.
Own the motorcycle being registered for CSP (for company-registered motorcycles, the vehicle must be assigned to the CSP applicant).

Existing normal motorcycle season parking holders that are looking to upgrade to CSP must have a valid season parking for their HDB flat or shop with living quarters.

Each eligible motorcyclist can only hold 1 CSP at a time. If you have more than 1 motorcycle, you can purchase normal season parking for the other motorcycles.

Allowed parking lots for Concessionary Season Parking (CSP)

CSP holders can park at the following locations without paying short-term charges:

Red motorcycle lots
- Only red lots at CSP holder’s residential HDB car park.
- Red lots at other HDB car parks are not available to CSP holders.
White motorcycle lots
- At all HDB car parks, except where white lots are reserved for season parking. You may refer to supplementary sign plates in the car parks for restricted hours.
Bi-coloured motorcycle lots (red and white)
- At all HDB car parks, only during short-term visitor parking hours.
All URA car parks
- Except those at Bayfront Ave, URA Centre, URA Centre (East Wing), and those managed by URA for other agencies.

How to change motorcycle season parking scheme

You may change your motorcycle season parking scheme between normal season parking and CSP once every calendar month. When changing from CSP to normal season parking, HDB will refund the difference in charges to your bank account via your selected refund method (e.g. PayNow or direct credit).

How to renew Concessionary Season Parking (CSP)

The renewal process of the CSP follows the same procedure as normal season parking.

How to transfer Concessionary Season Parking (CSP)

You may transfer your CSP under the following conditions:

Permanent transfer: Transfer CSP to another motorcycle or car park if you change your motorcycle and license plate, or if you move to another HDB flat or shop.
Temporary transfer: Transfer CSP to another motorcycle temporarily, for a maximum of 31 days.

Transfers are subject to the eligibility criteria for CSP.

How to terminate Concessionary Season Parking (CSP)

If you no longer require your CSP, you may request for a refund for the unexpired portion of the CSP. The termination process of the CSP follows the same procedure as normal season parking.
