    <li>CaseTrust Accreditation for Renovation Businesses certificate</li>
    <li>A recent passport-sized photograph</li>
    <li>A copy of the last 12 months' CPF statement or letter of employment of a staff who has been employed by your company in the past year

Required documents for applicants with CaseTrust accreditation 

<p>Please submit the following documents with your application:</p>
<ul>
    <li>A copy of ACRA report</li>
    <li>Certified copies of the company&rsquo;s audited annual report, or other suitable annual accounting documents that will show the company&rsquo;s financial standing over the past 1 year</li>
    <li>5 different completed quotations and invoices for renovation works on private projects that: </li>
    <ul>
        <li>Total at least $100,000</li>
        <li>Involve wet and/ or hacking works</li>
        <li>Contain the client&rsquo;s name, address, contact number, and email address</li>
    </ul>
    <li>A recent passport-sized photograph</li>
    <li>A copy of the last 12 months' CPF statement or letter of employment of a staff who has been employed by your company in the past year</li>
</ul>
