Chinatown Complex

Chinatown Complex, one of Singapore’s largest hawker centre, has been opened since 1983 and remains an iconic part of Chinatown. It is located at Smith Street and is a short walking distance from the Chinatown MRT Station.

Best known for its shopping, food, and cultural atmosphere, especially during Chinese New Year, this podium is the perfect place to get the biggest bang for your buck. It has a wet market, hawker centre, sundry, and retail shops.

This tourist hot spot is near the Chinatown Heritage Centre which is the gateway for all visitors to trace the footsteps of Singapore’s early pioneers, and discover the personal stories of people who made Chinatown their home, and also various iconic temples and mosques.
