If you are a first-timer Singapore Citizen (SC) and buying a resale flat on your own or with your non-resident spouse, you may be eligible for a Singles Grant of $25,000 for the purchase of a 2- to 4- room resale flat or $20,000 for a 5-room resale flat.
If you are buying with other first-timer single(s), up to 2 singles may each be eligible for a Singles Grant of $25,000 for the purchase of a 2- to 4-room resale flat (i.e. a total of $50,000) or $20,000 for a 5-room or bigger resale flat (i.e. a total of $40,000).
You may also apply for the following housing grants to help with your flat purchase, if you meet the eligibility conditions:

From 1 April 2023, eligible first-timer singles may receive a CPF Housing Grant of up to $40,000. With this increase, those who buy a resale flat can receive up to $95,000 in housing grants. For eligible buyers who have yet to complete their resale transaction by 14 Feb 2023, 3.30pm, or submit their resale applications on and from 14 Feb, 3:30pm to 31 Mar 2023, HDB will disburse the additional grant quantum to them without any disruption to their resale completion.
