You will be invited to book a flat based on your balloted queue position.
We will notify you of your flat booking appointment about 2 weeks before the appointment date. You may then view the invitation package on My HDBPage using your Singpass. The package will contain the flat list and the documents to bring along for the appointment.
You have to attend the flat booking appointment personally. If you are unable to attend the appointment, you will have to complete the authorisation form given in your invitation package and have your representative submit it to us during your booking appointment.
You will have to pay an option fee when you book a flat. The amount payable is based on the flat type booked.
The option fee will form part of your downpayment.
An overview of the documents required at flat booking.
Submit the following documents of all persons listed in your flat application via MyDoc@HDB prior to your appointment. If you have issues doing so, you may bring the documents when you attend the appointment to book a flat.

The OCS is a flexible, opt-in scheme that caters to the needs of different flat buyers. It gives you the added convenience of having your home closer to move-in condition when you collect your keys.
OCS is offered to buyers of new flats offered in a Build-To-Order exercise for added convenience. You may opt in for OCS at the flat booking appointment. The cost of the optional components will be added to the flat price.
For projects built using the Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction method, the flats will come with full floor finishes, internal doors, and sanitary fittings. Hence, the OCS is not applicable to these projects.

These flats are designed for seniors and will be fitted with grab bars. Apart from the sanitary fittings and floor finishes, you can also opt in for senior-friendly fittings, which is offered as one package.
Young couples may apply for a flat first and defer the income assessment for the Enhanced CPF Housing Grant (EHG) and HDB housing loan.
Couples who fulfil the eligibility conditions may have their income assessed nearer to their key collection appointment for the EHG and HDB housing loan.
Eligible applicants may apply during the flat booking appointment.

If you are buying the flat with a housing loan from a financial institution, the grant will be included in the computation of withdrawal of CPF savings (up to the applicable limits). The grant cannot be used for the minimum cash downpayment (if any) and monthly housing loan instalment payments.
