Rejuvenation of Toa Payoh Town Centre

Under the Remaking Our Heartland initiative, public spaces will be upgraded to facilitate community bonding, improve wayfinding and connectivity, and enhance the vibrance and identity of Toa Payoh Town Centre.

The upgrading will involve landscaping enhancements for shade and comfort, a new event pavilion for hosting events and festivities, new art and heritage elements, new public amenities, and improvements to walkways and thoroughfares to provide seamless accessibility to all residents and visitors.

The project is expected to commence by 4Q 2022 and will take 3 years to complete. It will be fully funded by the government.
