1. Services

1.1 This e-Service allows season parking holders to set up a GIRO payment arrangement digitally or download, fill in and mail to HDB a hardcopy GIRO form for monthly season parking charges to be deducted from your bank account.

2. Responsibilities of the customer

2.1 The applicant must maintain sufficient funds in his/ her bank account to ensure the GIRO deduction is successful on the GIRO deduction date.

2.2 You are required to inform any HDB Branch if you have a change of:

Car park group
Vehicle number
Address
Season parking ticket renewal period
