- With this, HDB will have offered a total of 4,661 Shorter Waiting Time (SWT) flats in 2026, exceeding its earlier commitment to launch more than 4,000 SWT flats this year

- White Flats will be offered at Plantation Dew in Tengah, with the option extended to 5-room flats for the first time

HDB will offer 1,310 Build-To-Order (BTO) flats with waiting times of less than three years at Sembawang Anchor in the upcoming November 2026 BTO sales exercise. This will bring the total number of SWT flats launched in 2026 to 4,661, exceeding HDB’s commitment to launch more than 4,000 SWT flats this year. Including the November BTO sales exercise, close to one in four BTO flats launched in 2026 will be SWT flats, enabling more home buyers to move into their new homes sooner.

2 Together with the 4,690 SWT flats launched in 2025, HDB will have offered a total of 9,351 SWT flats over two years. This puts HDB on track to meet its target of launching 12,000 SWT flats from 2025 to 2027, reflecting HDB's continued efforts to provide a steady supply of flats with shorter waiting times to meet Singaporeans’ housing needs.

3 Beyond Sembawang Anchor, home buyers who wish to get their flats sooner can also consider two other projects in Bayshore and Tengah, which each have waiting times of 3 years and 2 months. Together, these three projects will offer 2,875 flats with waiting times of around three years or less, making up more than a third of the approximately 7,960 flats to be launched in November.

Sembawang Anchor (2 years and 10 months)

Home buyers can choose from 1,310 units of 2-room Flexi, 3-room, 4-room and 5-room flats. Bayshore Oasis (3 years and 2 months)

6 Home buyers looking to live in the east can consider Bayshore Oasis, which has a waiting time of 3 years and 2 months, located in the new Bayshore estate in Bedok. Bounded by Bayshore Drive and Bayshore Walk, the project will comprise four residential blocks, including an integrated block with sold and rental flats. It will offer 855 units of 2-room Flexi and 4-room flats for sale. Residents will have access to a preschool, minimart and shops within the development, as well as dining and retail options along Bayshore Drive.

7 Residents will have easy access to green spaces and recreational facilities, such as a proposed park next to the project and East Coast Park via walking and cycling paths. The estate will be served by bus services and the Thomson-East Coast Line, including Bayshore MRT station and the upcoming Bedok South MRT station, providing connectivity to other parts of Singapore.

Plantation Dew (3 years and 2 months)

8 In Tengah, Plantation Dew will offer 710 flats with a waiting time of 3 years and 2 months. Located in Tengah's Plantation District and bounded by Tengah Garden Avenue, Plantation Walk and a future park, the project will comprise five residential blocks with both sold and rental flats. A wide range of flat types will be available, including 2-room Flexi, 3-room, 4-room, 5-room and 3Gen flats, catering to flat buyers’ different needs.

9 Plantation Dew will also be the third BTO project to offer White Flats, following Crawford Heights and Mount Pleasant Crest. For the first time, the White Flat option will be extended to 5-room flats, in addition to 3-room and 4-room flats. White Flats come with an open-concept layout without internal partition walls between living and bedroom spaces, giving home buyers greater flexibility to customise their homes. Depending on their needs and preferences, buyers can create larger bedrooms, more spacious living and dining areas, or dedicated spaces for working from home and hobbies.

10 The project will come with amenities such as an eating house, minimart, shops and a preschool. Residents can also look forward to a future park next to the development, offering green spaces and recreation close to home. The upcoming JE2 MRT station on the Jurong Region Line (JRL) will be within walking distance, offering residents convenient access to public transport.
