The Ministry of National Development (MND) has announced a new board appointment at the Housing & Development Board (HDB).

2. Mr Lim Ming Yan will be appointed to the HDB Board from 1 October 2021 to 30 September 2022.

3. Mr Lim has extensive experience in the real estate industry and a strong record of public service. He is currently the Chairman of Workforce Singapore (WSG) and the Singapore Business Federation (SBF). He spent 22 years in CapitaLand Limited, and served as its President and Group CEO from 2013 to 2018.
