HDB Services (Transition Measures)

In line with the latest Safe Management Measures due to the COVID-19 situation, please take note of the following:

  • HDB Hub and Branches will continue to operate strictly by appointment only. Priority will be given to critical or time-sensitive appointments at our physical counters. This is to reduce person-to-person contact, to ensure the safety of our staff and customers.
  • Customers who wish to visit HDB Branches will need to book an appointment using the e-appointment system via HDB InfoWEB or Mobile@HDB app.
  • Only persons directly involved in the transactions and authorised personnel can be present during the appointments. The elderly and those who require special assistance, e.g. wheelchair-bound persons, can be accompanied by one other person.

Our digital and call centre services remain accessible. For general enquiries relating to your flat and appointments at HDB Branches, please write in using our e-feedback form or contact our Branch Service Line at 1800-225-5432.

Safe Management Measures at HDB Hub/ Branches

As the safety and well-being of our staff and customers continue to be of utmost importance, visitors to HDB Hub and Branches will have to abide by prevailing Safe Management Measures. All visitors will need to use TraceTogether-only-SafeEntry* to check-in and check-out.

We seek your understanding and co-operation on adhering to the Safe Management Measures, and to not visit HDB Hub or Branches unless you have an appointment.

*TraceTogether-only-SafeEntry has been implemented nationwide from 17 May. You will need to have the latest version of the TraceTogether App on your smartphone, or use a TraceTogether Token to enter HDB premises.
