A1 Please pay the conveyancing and other fees online once you have endorsed the documents. You can pay by using credit card (Visa/ MasterCard) or scanning the QR code using any of the supported mobile payment apps.

Q2 If I want to use cash instead of my CPF savings to pay for the stamp duty and conveyancing fees, when and how do I convey my intention to HDB?

A2 You can write for us after the resale application is accepted.

Q3 Can I make the payment by instalments?

A3 There is no instalment plan for the payment. Please pay in one transaction. Depending on the arrangement with your designated banks, the NETS daily withdrawal limit is $3,000. The AXS kiosk is also able to accept payment up to $3,000. For amounts more than $3,000 and up to $9,999, please use AXS mobile app to make the payment.
