Request for Value of Flat

Q1      Who can submit a Request for Value?

A1      Buyers (or their property agent) can submit the Request for Value after they have obtained an Option to Purchase from a flat seller. The buyer can do it on the HDB Flat Portal while property agents can submit the Request for Value on their clients’ behalf via the e-Resale e-Service or Estate Agent Toolkit (for agencies which are subscribers).

Q2      I have submitted a Request for Value. Where can I view the status of my request?

A2      The HDB Flat Portal provides a step-by-step guide on your flat purchase journey. Please log in to the HDB Flat Portal to view the status of your application and complete the steps of your journey.

Q3      If I change my mind and decide to use my CPF savings instead of cash to pay for my flat purchase, can I submit a Request for Value together with my resale application?

A3      No. The outcome of your Request for Value must be available before your resale flat application.
