By accessing and using this Facility or any part of this Facility, and the information provided under this Facility ("Facility"), you are deemed to agree to the Terms and Conditions set out here.

1. This facility is provided to enable you to make an enquiry on your eligibility for the Additional CPF Housing Grant (AHG) / Special CPF Housing Grant (SHG).

2. All information provided under this Facility is for general information only and is not: (a) an approval by HDB for the purchase or acquisition of a HDB flat or (b) an offer or agreement by HDB to grant the Additional CPF Housing Grant (AHG) / Special CPF Housing Grant (SHG) or (c) an offer or agreement by HDB to grant a housing loan at concessionary interest rate or any other terms.

3. If you wish to buy a new flat or resale flat, you must submit the relevant applications to HDB for approval. HDB's approval to your application is subject to the following:

a. HDB's eligibility conditions for purchase of a new flat or resale flat;

b. all terms and conditions in connection with the application to buy a new flat or resale flat;

c. HDB's policies, rules and regulations, and the provisions of the Housing & Development Act (Cap 129).

4. The result of your enquiry is based on information provided by you and is subjected to HDB's policies, rules and regulations. 5. ll information, statements or responses provided under this Facility are subject to change from time to time. In the event of any doubt, inconsistency or ambiguity, the final decision shall lie with the HDB at its sole discretion.

6. While every effort has been made to ensure that the information and responses provided under this Facility are correct, HDB does not warrant that the information and/or responses will be timely, uninterrupted or error-free, for whatever reasons.

7. HDB shall not be responsible or liable to the user or any other party for any delay, loss or damage any kind as a result of (a) any reliance on the information provided under this Facility (b) any error, omissions, discrepancies, modifications or otherwise contained in this Facility or the information provided under this Facility (c) the use of this Facility in any way.

Your eligibility to a new flat or resale flat will be determined by the HDB only after you have submitted an application together with the required supporting documents. HDB shall not be liable to you or any third party if you or third party relies on the information provided in this e-Service to your/their detriment.

8. By accessing and/or using this Facility, you agree that :

a. you will not interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Facility nor any connected systems or networks, whether on his own or through any other party on his authority.

b. you undertake to indemnify HDB against all actions, proceedings, claims, demands, costs and expenses which may be brought against and/or incurred by HDB as a result of accessing or using this Facility.

c. you will not reproduce, publish, display or adapt any part of the information and materials, or otherwise infringe the intellectual property rights of HDB without HDB's prior written approval.

9. HDB may modify or suspend this Facility or any part of this Facility without giving any prior notice.

10. All information provided under this Facility is at HDB's sole discretion shall not be used for any other purpose (including commercial purpose).

11. Any reference to HDB's eligibility conditions, criteria, policies, rules and regulations shall mean any of HDB's prevailing eligibility conditions, criteria, policies, rules and regulations which are in force from time to time.

12. HDB does not warrant that the information provided will be timely, uninterrupted or free from error.

13. Any reference to the purchase or acquisition of a HDB flat shall include the purchase or acquisition of an interest in a HDB flat.

14. All intellectual property rights contained in the information shall belong solely to HDB.

15. HDB may modify these conditions at anytime.

16. HDB collects personal data from you to administer HDB's public housing programmes and services. We may share necessary data with other Government agencies, unless such sharing is prohibited by legislation. This is to enable us to serve you in the most convenient, efficient and effective way. We will NOT share your personal data with non-Government entities, except where such entities have been authorised to carry out specific Government services.
