Eligibility HDB customers can make use of their SingPass to access the e-Services.

If you have problem logging in using SingPass, you may call SingPass hotline 6643-0555 for enquiries.

The operating hours are from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm (Mondays to Fridays) and from 8.00 am to 2.00 pm (Saturdays). Closed on Sunday and Public Holidays.

Q1: I have the above settings correctly configured, but I am still experiencing "Process in Progress. Please wait..." when I use SingPass. What could be the problem?
Q2: I noticed my password has been saved after I have login to SingPass. For the subsequent access, once I keyed in my NRIC number, my password will appear. How to remove my password? And how to prevent my password being saved in future?

Q1: I have the above settings correctly configured, but I am still experiencing "Process in Progress. Please wait..." when I use SingPass. What could be the problem?

A1: The access problem is due to your browser settings. You need to ensure that the Java Virtual Machine (JVM) is installed properly on your machine. You may have installed the JAVA JVM using the offline installation method. Please uninstall the JAVA JVM from your existing machine. After this, establish connection to the Internet and re-install the JAVA JVM using the ONLINE installation, in other words, the installation of the JAVA JVM should occur concurrently while your machine is connected to the Internet.

A2: You may refer to the guide on clearing saved passwords for Internet Explorer, Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.

A3: you may want to try to clear your browser cookies and cache. If you still have problems accessing My HDBPage, you may email us at hdb@mailbox.hdb.gov.sg with your feedback.

Q4: What do I do if i receive a page stating "Service temporarily unavailable"?

A4:  It means our system is busy. You may wish to try again later. 

Q5: I encountered an "Inactive Time Out" prompt after logging in using SingPass. What should I do?

 If you do not submit any request within a certain time frame, the system will prompt you to confirm if you wish to continue with your transaction/enquiry.

If you click 'OK', you will continue to have access to your confidential information.

If you click 'Cancel', you will not be able to access any confidential information. 

Q6: How do I clear the cache in my PC's browser after I logout from the session?

You may refer to the guide on clearing browser cookies for Internet Explorer, Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.

Q7: After logging in to my SingPass account to obtain secured information, how do I log out from the account?

To log out of your SingPass account after use, click on the 'Logout' button on any of the e-Services. 

Q8: I encountered a "Session Time Out" prompt after logging in using SingPass. What should I do?

To safeguard your confidential information, there is a maximum time period for each successful login, after which the system will automatically log you out.
If you exceed the time period, you will have to log in again using your SingPass.
