You can renew your season parking for up to 12 months, subject to your eligibility and the availability of parking lots. Your season parking can be renewed from the assigned booking date, based on the order of priority for allocation of parking lots. You may login to My HDBPage to check your booking date.

The GIRO scheme is an efficient mode of payment that is cashless, and renews your season parking automatically. Under the GIRO Scheme, you will be given a 2% rebate for each successful transaction.

Upon your bank's approval, we will inform you of the commencement date for GIRO deduction.
You may also request for a change of GIRO account of the same bank. To do so, please visit your bank for processing. For OCBC and UOB customers, the banks require you to submit a new Online GIRO application form or the electronic GIRO application form.
For change of GIRO account to a different bank, please submit a new Online GIRO application form or the electronic GIRO application form.
Recurring Payment by Credit Card (RPCC) is a cashless and automated renewal transaction that can be done using credit cards (Visa or MasterCard issued in Singapore). Under the RPCC scheme, season parking charges will be charged to the credit card on the 18th of every month for the following month's season parking. Should it fall on a weekend or public holiday, the deduction will be made on the next working day.
For example, applicants who have successfully applied for the RPCC before 18th January will be eligible for renewal of February's season parking via RPCC.
Season parking holders who currently do not renew their season parking by GIRO arrangement may apply. You will be informed of the application status upon the submission of your request.

Here is a step-by-step guide on how to renew your season parking via AXS Station. You can call the AXS hotline at 6560-2727 if required.
As season parking is for long-term use, renewal of season parking is on a calendar month basis. Charges will be at a full month rate.
For example, if you renew your season parking on 1st June, you have to pay the full month rate for June and your season parking will be valid from 1st to 30th June.
In a late renewal situation, if you renew your season parking on 15th June, you will still have to pay the full month rate for June and your season parking will be valid from 15th to 30th June.
If you have not renewed your season parking for the month, you will be charged for short-term parking and cannot park your vehicle in lots reserved for season parking holders. Any short-term parking charges paid will not be refunded.
